Re: [Help Requested] Making a mesh follow a Bezier Curve

Ulydev has created a trail library that works in 0.10.x, but it can be somewhat wonky at times.

Re: Cant switch back to a previous gamestate with hump

Sir_Silver is correct; however, that will result a recursive require. (Outercore tries to load core, core tries to load outercore, repeat) Since require keeps anything loaded in package.loaded, it won't do any extra work, so nothing (bad) will happen, this isn't c that you need to write include gua...

(Outercore tries to load core, core tries to load outercore, repeat) The way to fix this is by loading them in in core:init Core: local outercore function core:init() outercore = require "states.outercore" end Outercore: local cor...

Re: need help for the touch functions

love.mousepressed gets called when there's a mouse button click, or a tap from a touchscreen. You can use this for your collision detection. ( I'm guessing you're checking it in love.update right now, with love.mouse.getPosition ) There's also the love.touch module. It consists of functions to chec...

Re: How to make things 'move' across screen?

In your current approach you move the background around to give the illusion of movement. However, the same kind of logic can be applied to make an object actually move: First off, you need an object (table) with the following values: X position, Y position, X velocity, Y velocity. Then, every frame...
