There have been plenty of raycasters made in LOVE over the years, including mine (feel free to look around that one's source code). It's not particularly hard if you follow a tutorial.

For fake 3D have a look at this thread: https://love2d.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=83059 Basically, you have some 2D layers which then get drawn on top of each other to get the effect. Adding to this, the great people at Windmill Games have used the library, or a similar method, to make a game ....

Ah, I thought assigning functions like that worked using pointers, so the _oldsetcolor would get turned into recursive function with your code. That's neat.

And make sure you use forward-compatible wrapper so you remove it once new version is out, not backwards compatible wrapper that'll stay there forever. A bit off topic, but I could never wrap my head around how one would go about making a wrapper or this sort. Would one replace the declaration for ...

So I have a few questions about 0.11.0 Changed all color values to be in the range 0-1, rather than 0-255. Why was this implemented?
