Re: What code editor do you use ?

Your right it works, fantastic. This is the easiest, quickest-in, and "most-complete-out-of-the-box" IDE for Love2d game development. I love it. I had to select "Project > Project Directory > Set From Current file" and then the play button launches the Love interpreter and runs your code :) Q: Watch...

Re: Neon Invaders

Loving the Neon colours .

More game logic than criticism. In the original Invaders the aliens didn't wrap on reaching the end of the screen ?

The wrapping means you just hover at the sides and take out loads as they bunch........ bit like Omaha Beach

It is a very quick & snappy IDE but as you say still only limited features. Selecting the "Lua int...

Isometric Tron Ocean

Seen this on the utube - thought it might make an inspirational coding sample. A grid of neon highlighted hexagons that move up and down randomly ?

Or on mouse hover

Theres Moss and Roy and I suppose Jen is the Red haired lady. I couldn...

If makes it a PITA when searching on google The word love is too generic so you basically have to use love2d but then not everybody calls it by that......
