Love most definitely doesn't use Ogre. as for CEGUI integration, I'd have to say its not really that good an idea. GUIs for games are generally far too eccentric and customized to benefit from standard frameworks, a lesson learnt by Love in the past (older versions actually had a gui library, but it...

Luac exists as a specific solution for specific problems, by and large you shouldn't ever have to actually use it, and doing so is advised against, as it negates several of Lua's advantages (both in the toolchain, and at runtime) for very little gain.
