Re: Hi, I'm Zachary!

I'm an IRC fiend, so you can bet that I'll be there vulgaring up your channel. I tend to want to talk about programming when I'm on programming-related channels, so I'm all like, "Hey. Hey. What's the best way to handle a switch in Lua?" Then, they'll be all like, "So my mom was SOOO ...

Re: hello love: i really don't know who you are [complete]

This game finally has the Zachary Lewis Seal of Completion stamped on it.

Version 1.1 has much better dungeon generation, improved framerates in b. mode (although n. and m. still outperform it), more fun, more confined spaces, and the same amount of introspection.

Hi, I'm Zachary!

After lurking the forums for a few days and creating a game as my first ever program with Lua and Love , I decided to introduce myself properly (i.e., not a series of misshapen sentences written at butt o'clock ). My name is Zachary, and during the day, I'm a professional game developer. I work main...

Re: There's no metaphor to aptly describe how I choose to learn.

3. escape. Escape is for the weak. The challenged. The bored. Yes, you can escape, but they will always be there, trapped between bits and bytes. This is the end of the story. The walls outside the world you perceive are no longer being created. They are not shown. There is an increase in performan...

The chain has been broken and the link has been renewed. Time flows backwards and starts again.

You shouldn't have tried to fight the system; however, the system should work now. The chain has been broken and the link has been renewed. Time flows backwards and starts again.

N is more of a traditional "rougelike", no doubt.

Glad to be assured that Robin's problems weren't due to my own shortcomings and poor technique.

Re: There's no metaphor to aptly describe how I choose to learn.

One thing prevented seeing what it does: “mx” does not exist, LÖVE complains. 0.6.2 This seems... off-putting. I have this amalgamation of script running on two infernal machines, none feel self-righteous enough to complain. Crash logs? Reproduction steps? Any subtle indication of the non-existence...

Another chapter is written. The chain has been broken and the link has been renewed. Time flows backwards and starts again.
