The X61 is a full functioned laptop, its a convertable tablet, so you can draw and write on it too. Don't be a...

Re: Switching to Linux from Win7

First thing is that there is always a free version somewhere. Redhat = Fedora (free) Suse = OpenSUSE (free) Ubuntu = Ubuntu (free) Also, Virtualbox is completely free VM software, and a good one too, so you should have no problem running windows (or linux or whatever) in the VM. I have been using Ub...

Re: Notepad ++-like thing for mac?

Are there any love auto completion type things available for any of these like for notepad++? I know I may sound stupid, but what do you mean by "auto completion things"? He is talking about when you work in an IDE how it has a library of all the possible functions and descriptions of tho...

Re: Drawing outside of love.draw

All you want to do is predraw things before displaying them? Look into the Canvas (I know how this works theoretically but I have yet to use it in love). But you should be able to draw whatever you want to a framebuffer (Canvas is what it is called in the newest Love) and save that buffer in memory....

Re: Gamejams / Competitions?

We can start talking about how we want to set it up. I read some of the old posts and it seems that a lack of submissi...
