Are all the controls in one file? Because that might not be the best solution, what about a directory which contains all the controls (in their separate files)? In the main file you just use enumerate, and run all files in the dir. This also gives people an easier way to add/remove/change controls, ...

About the messages, my intention always was sending messages to project admins (or the project itself), as the messages were meant to be just good enough to read for the owners, but not something you want to display publicly.

Activities stopped ? Anyway I'd like to see a function to send messages to project managers.
