Re: a top-down car game
Pull request made! For now it's just what was needed to make it work with 0.10.x. Really happy with how the GH versions play and look. There's a couple unfinished things, I don't understand why the car stops responding to my commands with the wheels every which way after some time (is this damage? o...

Re: Alexar's Physics Editor(APE)
Alexar, in the gif, are you driving the car or is it the AI? Is the driving thing included in the .love in post #1?

Re: a top-down car game
I hope you think this is enough interest! I made it work with 0.10.x and changed the speedometer's top to 300 instead of 1000 units so that it's noticeable that it works. I also attempted to restore the "back" command for AI. I am a fan of how you made a randomly generated track! Would you...

Re: What's everyone working on? (tigsource inspired)
As my port of a roguelike-RPG is closer and closer to complete, I've started thinking of using similar principles (procedural generation, I mean) to make a 2d topdown city car racer. I am however having trouble finding anything remotely resembling a racer on the forums or on the net. Most stuff seem...

Re: Porting my own Veins of the Earth to LOVE
Whoops I was thinking of numeric keypad when I said they're not alphanumericLast i checked, the row between the F1-F12 keys and the spacebar are called the alphanumeric block, and i only said alphanum zero, because i wanted to distinguate it from the numeric keypad's zero.

Re: Porting my own Veins of the Earth to LOVE
The keys are NOT alphanumeric keys, zorg. Pgimeno, that's amazing to hear!
I will work on some sort of a player help/controls screen next, so keep those suggestions coming.
EDIT: Pgimeno, I'm guessing from your username that you're using Spanish layout?

Ok, I converted all the keypressed functions to take scancode instead.
It seems to work on my keyboard. Pgimeno, can you give it a try?

Re: Porting my own Veins of the Earth to LOVE
You press Shift + to zoom in and Shift - to zoom out. For those who don't know, + and - are the keys right next to numbers, above the letter keys. That doesn't work in my keyboard. You'd be better off using the scancode argument provided by LÖVE 0.10 for that purpose. How does one use the scancodes...

Re: Porting my own Veins of the Earth to LOVE
I heard back from an artist I contacted regarding his tileset. His reply was positive, so I sat down and implemented something that's been tickling the back of my brain ever since I saw the capabilities of LOVE2D. https://love2d.org/imgmirrur/I0kvAWy.gif Zooming in (64x64) or out (32x32) at will - a...
