Captcha on Forum Registration

This question is a means of preventing automated form submissions by spambots.

I think this forum needs a captcha on registration, as opposed to this, considering how much stuff is being unearthed by the spambots

Specifically, recaptcha (by google). I saw this article a fews days ago, showing why just about anything other than recaptcha isn't very good:

FYI, reCAPTCHA isn't by Google, they just bought it.

We used to have reCaptcha. We had more spam back then. The math question actually made the amount of spam lower.

Capcha doesn't always stop this stuff. We need to install the forum mod that was suggested in the official Spam thread over in the other place that you can't see unless you're a Löve Gold Forum Member™.
