I don't know if it was mentioned before, but from visual studio code, one can install lua extensions through the extensions tab.
There's obviously a Löve launcher.
You just have to set the Löve path and press alt+l anytime in the editor to open the game you're working on.
I use the integrated autosave feature so I don't even have to save first :D
Sorry for the visual studio code shilling but it's my favorite editor so far!

Spacemacs. Might be moving to vanilla Emacs to see how it works on the inside.
Sometimes, I can code things.

I use Vim with the Gruvbox colorscheme, Proggy Square Slashed Zero font, with my own Vim-love-docs highlighting.

My favorite text editor is Atom. It's open source, it is extremely customizable and can do pretty much everything that Sublime can.
