We could make a program for doing this for you, but that is for the LÖVE IDE, planned to be released in March 2142.
Create a text file, rename to .bat and simply edit it with;

Code: Select all

echo off
cls
rename run.synok run.exe
echo ---------------------
echo game starting     ...
run.exe main.zip
echo running OK!
echo ---------------------
rename run.exe run.synok
rename main.zip main.synok
Save and run. You can change the .synok to anything you like, like your alias, if it is one word. Starting this in fullscreen will not reveal what game engine you use if you use LÖVE for commercial purpose (which I believe is OK) because when you exit the game, it automatically renames the files back, hopefully when you are back to windows.

Edit - The "Run.exe" is simply the player, the .exe which reads the scripts and data files and the .zip file is, what you should know, the data file containing your data. Good to know for those not too familiar with doing this manually.

Edit 2 - There is also programs to convert .bat files into ordinary .exe files, so "InsertGameNameHere.exe" will be available.

LÖVE!
