Best alternative to Tiled and/or ATL?

As most of you who use it probably know, with the newest love update ATL no longer works, although it is easily fixable which i have done already I fear that in future updates it will go beyond just a simple fix. So I am looking for a good alternative to Tiled and/or ATL, it doesn't have to be very flashy but preferably some sort of collision detection along with it.

Yo! I actually just took up the challenge of building a Tiled library since ATL is no longer being maintained. It's super fast, supports more features than ATL, and is in actively development!
