I am currently working on a Top Down Action Shooter.
It will have a Zombie Survival setting but you might be able to customize it for your needs.
The Envy Framework might be a good starting point too
http://love2d.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=172 but it is still for love 0.5.0 so it has to be ported first.
