Lovely Mario Brothers - Still Alive

Post by Deecodeuh » Wed Jun 09, 2010 5:11 am

Hey, development is still underway for Lovely Mario Brothers.
I haven't posted an update in a long time, but this is what I have.

I'm still looking for people who would like to join this project.

Wow, that's awesome! I wish I could help out, but I'm still learning the language. Still, nice! Only word of advice I can think of is to make the jumping smaller, Mario sorta goes flying when you jump.

I'll do some coding if you give me a to-do list.
Good bye.

Shouldn't you first have my Wave account name?

I forgot what it was and will check tomorrow (I may need a reminder).
Good bye.

I just took your email address and put @googlewave.com at the end of it. It seems to have worked?

It appears. Good guesswork! I'll see you on the Wave, then.
Good bye.

Room for one more?

i was also wondering if the team still needed help from coders...

i have been tweaking your code for about 24 hours and i have co op functioning pretty well, i have (almost) finished distinguishing mario from luigi in co op, i have also began work on designing a second level along with the efforts to create a Name of the Game on the Main Menu, and implementing a command to make it full screen from pressing the F key, i have lowered his speed and jump to a more accurate one compared to NES, update/downgraded the graphics to have mario and luigi from the same game graphics, and began to plot to implement the death screen from NES, the black one that with the lives left and the click to continue.

I was just informing you of this, please let me know what i can do, and if you dont need me, i would like to have your teams ok to release this to this site, when i feel i have put proper amounts of effort and work into it.

Let me know,
budm
