Oy, yet another thing to sign up for? Hmm. Just tell me when there are releases here and I'll swing by and take a look-see.

ok i signed up (actually quite painless) and im Osgeld (big surprise)

i still dont like these things, theres no place for images, sounds or compiled test versions, theres no forum's, chat, calender to do list ect and it ALWAYS seems like your running all over the place just to get your thoughts together, signing up for site after site after site and clogging up public gp forums (like this one) with your project

also are you the only one writing code? and i have some wild ideas about how to actually manage large love projects thats been working out well

Currently it's you and me coding, that is until Robin stops by. Or until there's someone who actually wants to do a platform engine.

Well, there IS the download tab. And, you have this web space and a wiki.

EDIT: Of course you can just create TODO.txt as well

I would like to discuss that topic!

Would you be so kind to start a new thread that is like a copy of your post (but a little more general, since not every reader will have followed this thread) so we can talk about it there? (In the general or support forum)

Thanks!

I'll just make it clear to all of you: you are allowed to start working...
I'll set up a task list on the wiki.

Well, in that case, let the coding begin. (Tomorrow, that is.)

1. I suggest to avoid using the wiki as much as possible (for development) and instead have text files in git (which are also web-accessible) to share dev info. this is because wikis are more complicated (you have to remember the synthax) and slower (you have to browse and load, which takes some seconds) than git (you have only to browse) not being to link directly to web pages is the only drawback, but I don't see how that is a problem in for example task lists.

2. I found a playthrough of LittleBigPlanet: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p ... CA1BD65723 which is probably useful, as I never played the game.
