Clipper binding (polygon clipping/offset)

Hello,

Here you can find the LuaJIT FFI binding for Clipper (polygon clipping/offset c++ library).

It's inspired by https://luapower.com/clipper but using the latest clipper version. There's no PolyTree binding for the moment (only Path/s).

I'm using it for my next game and I hope it'll be useful. Of course any suggestions and/or contribution are welcome.
