Hey Eric. Big fan of your music here. Must say, your textures really do look pretty good, and the quality is great. However, I don't feel like the tileable textures look particularly good. I can see how it's hard to create tileable textures (having tried that myself), but I'm sure it's just a matter of improving over time. Looking forward to your next sounds and images ;)

Yeah, I'm learning what kinds of images lend themselves to tiling and which ones don't, so it's trial and error for me at this point. Hopefully I will improve as I go. Feel free to edit them, modify them, etc., as needed. Mixing them with other things, like procedural textures might also help...and feel free to take any of my standard images and make them into tiling ones if you wish. Thanks for your kind words about my music...I'm hope some of my tracks prove to be helpful! :awesome:

If anyone happens to feel the need to decompress from the stress of modern life (like me) I've created a little video called "The Meditative Coast" that should hopefully help a little bit. It's on my new "Virtual Cinema" page...give it a try. :-)

In the meantime, I've got more free looping tracks ready on my fantasy pages. They are:

"Quirky Dreamscape"_Looping

http://soundimage.org/fantasy-4/

"Digital Downtown"_Looping

"Backstory"_Looping

http://soundimage.org/fantasy-5/

"Awkward Princess's Day Out"_Looping

"Once Around the Kingdom"_Looping

"Some Faraway Place"_Looping

"The Princess Haunted"_Looping

http://soundimage.org/fantasy-6/

I hope some of them are helpful!

Hey Everyone,

I had a busy week shooting images, but I did manage to get some new tracks done:

"STRANGE NATURE"_Looping – Bizarre creatures are everywhere…if you look.

http://soundimage.org/naturescience/

"HYPNOTIC ORIENT"_Looping – I’d love to hear this in a travel video.

"EXOTIC DREAMING"_Looping – of faraway places. (I've been doing a lot of that lately.)

"EXOTIC CRUISING"_Looping – might be nice in a travel or vacation video. (Anyone want to treat me to a cruise? Haha.)

Awe, come on...I could really use a cruise! ;-)

I don't know if anyone has done this, but if you search around the songs you will find some pretty cool concepts for games in their descriptions!

Hey Eric, I'm searching for cool (electronic?) fast paced tracks for a game I intend to create for the upcoming LÖVE JAM, do you have any suggestion? The best would be a looping one or one constituted of multiple parts... But anything would do at least for placeholders.

I have been looking at Three Red Hearts, and I may roll with them, but I know you have some pretty good tracks so I would love to hear your suggestions. The more the merrier!

The game is a fast paced, 2D sidescroller puzzle (Yeah too many genres, Imagine a combination of Snipperclips the game for the Nintendo Switch combined with Geometry dash or something like that)
for i, person in ipairs(everybody) do
[tab]if not person.obey then person:setObey(true) end
end

Most of my fast paced stuff is on my "Action" page, but some of my "Sci-Fi" tracks are pretty fast as well. And a couple from my "Techno" page might work as well.

Best of luck with your game...it sounds really cool...I'd love to see it when it's done! :)

Well, it was another busy week, but I guess that's a good thing...keeping busy keeps me out of trouble...usually... ;-) Anyhow, I managed to get these done:

"RIVER IN TROUBLE"_Looping – Thinking about the Colorado River in the American south west.
"ALASKAN MOONRISE"_Looping – Could work in a nature documentary or perhaps something else.
"FLURRIES"_Looping – That chill in the air tells you the first snow fall of winter is on its way.

http://soundimage.org/naturescience-2/

"PELICAN BAY TIKI PARTY"_Looping – A fun tropical piece.

http://soundimage.org/positive-upbeat/

"SCULPTURE GARDEN"_Looping – A string piece with the suggestion of gently bubbling fountains. Might be nice for a classy outdoor event.

http://soundimage.org/classical-sounding/

I also created a new page of sky images...mostly taken around sunset...for anyone who's interested...(TXR - SKIES) I hope some of them are helpful. :-)

Have a good week!
