Art Project/Screensaver

Hey guys! I was bored and made a silly little art project. It works as a screensaver, and changes itself every few minutes.
I am having a problem, however. For some reason, some of the objects flicker in color, and I can't seem to figure out why.

I've uploaded a .zip of the project, hopefully someone can make sense of it. The issue happens quite a bit when the moving objects are the animated box. You can press space to create a new setup.

I actually uploaded here because of the flickering issue I was receiving. I was able to resolve the issue by converting back to 0.7.0, so it appears to be something with the new version. The issue was occurring before I added Canvas, so I don't believe that was the issue.
