Love2d 64 bit: This App Cant Run On Your PC (Windows 10)

I'm running on a 64bit OS Windows 10. I downloaded the 64bit zipped folder and extracted it but when I try and launch love it says this app wont run on my PC? Is there a way I can disable smart screen, I tried running as administrator but I get the same problem.

Is that an x86 processor? Or is it an ARM? Because the build is for x86.
Exactly what does the error says anyway?

Thats a x64 based processor
Intel Celeron
CPU 2.16GHz
The Error Says:
This app cant run on your PC
To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher

Can you make a screenshot of your "Settings", that you can access by right-clicking the Windows button and selecting "System"?

Try build for 0.9 version. If it runs, then the problem is probably your graphics card and/or drivers.

I'd also try the 32-bit x86 version just in case.
