Re: Condemned to Explode, a singleplayer survival story sandbox

Very nice, you got some inspiration from papers please for the setting right? I like the explotions and how they clear the area of soil around, kinda like worms, bet that part was hard to code.

Re: Brick Slayer [GMTK 2019]

Wow i really like your game, you even took the time to make lots of details that make the gameplay really satisfactory, the particles and juices of enemies splattered on the floor when they are killed plus the minor screen shake is pretty cool, the gameplay matches the theme really well and i like y...

Re: Is it that easy to reverse-engineer a love2d game?

Do you know if their other game, Iron Marines, is also done using Löve?
I remember one of the developers said it was made in Unity, its a different team inside the company the one that did Iron Marines. Maybe Kingdom Rush Vengeance will be in Love2d

Re: loveCC: ColorCodes library for Love2D

The allcolors.lua file can be very useful, just wish it was in the love format of (1,0,0), but still good and today i learned that there's a color that has the same name as my country ^^

Re: Button Library Review

Hmm this post should be in the libraries and tools section, this subforum is more for asking questions about love2d and problems during development. Would be nice to have a github or bitbucket of the library to check and easily clone the code. The library seems nice, could be a good compliment to ot...

Re: Using sprites to create a map

Im just guessing, but you probably have a lot of sprites and drawing them one by one with a call to love.graphics.draw which is bad for performance since each love.graphics.draw generates a call to the gpu. You could use a Spritebatch https://love2d.org/wiki/SpriteBatch to draw all the sprites on th...
