My kingdom's borders are now defined. Though I am neutral to all new parties, I will be expanding my walls to provide my kingdom with security. Your x and y values can be within the subpixel range, but drawing can only draw at the pixel range so sometimes weird stuff happens if you don't account for that. That's a usecase I never would have thought of on my own, and it is a very good case. Mimicking OS-specific hotkeys for UI interaction would almost be necessary. It would be very disorienting to use Windows-specific shortcuts for various tasks on a non-Windows OS.

I'm not saying that it would be good for people to muck around with os commands for the sake of it, but there are enough legitimate uses that make it worth keeping.
