Re: love-android: project information
small update on the old love-java-android : (which does have sensor api) new apk is up since yesterday, hopefully fixing the thread-related crashes with onmouse../onkey... and some phone-specific event code. I am sure hagish and I will have another love-native-android hacking day soon. Since you li...

Re: Shoot hookers tweaked for android
Moe: is there a good way to check if it runs on a phone or computer? Currently, my game checks if the resolution is 800x600, which feels like a dirty solution. :P I always did something like this: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/295052/how-can-i-determine-the-os-of-the-system-from-within-a-lua-s...

Re: Shoot hookers tweaked for android
Looks nice, but it does not work on my device, it says that I should run the love file on an Android device. How do you do the Android check? Did you test it with the latest native-port release I did about 2 weeks ago?

Yes, I think that would be useful. With some posts I am not sure if they are spam so far - general answer and it is the user's first post.

Re: How to program for Android
Did the update to 0.8.0 ever happen or should I still be coding in 0.7.2 if I'm looking to deploy to android? I had started some things on my machine, but we decided to continue on 0.7.2. We will switch to the current version when 0.7.2 is done. Future ports will be faster, we learn a lot during th...

Re: SOME THINGS
Filesystem Not sure if there is any way of using the LOVE filesystem or the lua built in filesystem but I saw a thread saying it's not working. Font Couple of issues: I know that this will be hard, but ttf fonts would be great. When using image fonts, on portrait view, glyphs show up (1 or 2 px) I ...

Re: Guide: Building love-native-android
Wow! It works on my One S now! Great stuff! Too bad you compiled it without forcing the orientation to landscape, now I have to go into the settings to activate auto-rotate every time I want to play my game :P But I guess I can compile a version for myself :neko: Or turn your mobile and the screen ...
