Re: Map drawing really slow

So you can run other LOVE things but not your code. I would say some performance flaw in your code. But did a look to your code and apparently there isn't a big map or off screen objects being wasted. I had no problems with it (+60fps) but I'm getting at start that strange map scrolling moving to le...

And added shootable/destroyable and non destroyable tiles, with color :awesome: From what I remember it's better now. But maybe a bit too fast...

Re: What's everyone working on? (tigsource inspired)

Or at least, rip the function you need (see line 263 ) function _.substitute(str,value) ...

Re: Do You Have (Or Have You Seen) Twitches in Programming ?

Oh man, that reminds me of that javascript program that can essentially do anything without using any alphanumeric characters. It boiled down to floating into the window and getting the characters you needed from the names of functions you knew would be there. BTW " let's talk about Javascript...

Re: Snayke

Glad as I see from the demo that now works with my imac. The good: - The engine seems solid works very well. Good playability speed. - Didn't see game heat up my computer like some other LOVE games. The Bad: - Personally and for my experience I can't approve the UI and the UX workflow. Too much step...

Re: oopong [WIP]

First if all, resolution is odd. Actually sorry Roland. I like that this (fake) Pong have a breakout/arkanoid layout/resolution. Since it's a 1p game only it's more natural (at least imho for me) that ball goes up than goes travel horizontally. I'm not a coder by nature or formation but actually I ...

Re: Custom Mouse Cursors (Tutorial)

Huh? I've no idea what you mean. If you've talking about keeping track of clicking and the like, that's going beyond the intended scope of this tutorial. Since your tutorial was about teach how to use custom mouse cursors, I would think that fits in your intended scope of tutorial also cover custom...
