I just asked me, if it makes sense to port löve to steamlink.

Isn't Steam Link used for streaming from PC to TV? Thereby eliminating the need to develop anything for it per se? Just develop for PC it's streaming from.

Yep.

You can also run native apps. Like mame, kodi...this eliminates the lag.

You can see it as little cheap console with streaming capabilities :).

So does anyone use Steamlink as something other than streaming devices?

Crap. Had I known about that, I would've bought it without a second thought a few days ago, when it was bundled for free (plus shipping) with a few games I was interested in anyway... I'll get it next time I see a similar offer and I'll see what I can do!
