I hope you think this is enough interest!

I made it work with 0.10.x and changed the speedometer's top to 300 instead of 1000 units so that it's noticeable that it works. I also attempted to restore the "back" command for AI.

I am a fan of how you made a randomly generated track!

Would you mind if I continued making little fixes to this or would you prefer if I attempted something completely my own?

Very beautiful game.

It's a detail, but I would prefer the arrows to control the car (maybe because I use an AZERTY keyboard).

Pull request made! For now it's just what was needed to make it work with 0.10.x.

Really happy with how the GH versions play and look. There's a couple unfinished things, I don't understand why the car stops responding to my commands with the wheels every which way after some time (is this damage? overheating?)

there is indeed some bugs to fix. and you see the garage needs a lot of work to do.
the bug you said, perhaps because of the unstable frame rate.

I don't think it's the frame rate. I've reproduced that the car stops responding and the front wheels spin out of control after I hit stuff (other cars or walls) several times.
