One Way To Go - Updated for LÖVE 0.10.*

Post by bgordebak »

This is an old game of mine, which I posted on these forums a while ago. Some things didn't work on LÖVE 0.10.*, so I updated the game.

The goal in the game is reaching the red square after getting all the green squares. If you go into black, you die and if you reach the red square without collecting all green squares, you die.

Yellow squares teleport you to the next yellow square. Dark green squares require getting over them twice to be collected.

Oh, I almost forgot, after started moving you can't stop. ;)

The game is also on itch.io

Enjoy!

It's not a bad first game or proof of concept. A bit too easy to turn incorrectly and kill yourself on accident, but that's a result of the non-grid-based movement.

Keep making more games!

Thanks a lot, NightKawata!

I made it as a prototype actually, if I remake it, thinking about making the movement grid based.
