What about a tool that lets you create, graphically, a binary tree? You can drag nodes onto the screen and connect child to parent. You can have multiple childs and attach data/attributes to nodes. You can then export for use in a project.

You can import a tree for inspection and debugging.

Lots of projects need trees for searching or AI etc.

Ah, I see. I believe it's quite easy to define these in a spreadsheet editor and it would make sense to create a CSV->Lua table importer. Just my two cents.

Sure. Why not. We can all add our own flavour. :)

You'll join crowd source and see what tasks are available?

I've accepted Gunroar into the project but you'll want to change roles. All the tasks are under the developer role - even the artsy tasks - for simplicity.

I would really prefer to use Github if possible. I don't want to join other system at the moment.

We'll be using github to share code and using crowd source to organise our tasks. If you can't see the tasks on crowd source then you won't know what there is to do.

That's what the issues are for and you don't need any other system. But your project, your rules :-)

I can't see the Developer role but even if I have, I can't seem to find an obvious way to change role. Maybe if I leave the project and apply again but that would be a dum solution, the devs of this platforms certainly thought of this. But they have also made it so we can fill only 1 role, can't think of a reason why would you limit anyone to just 1 role. So far this crowdsource platform is a bit of a mess...maybe we could also consider Basecamp instead: https://basecamp.com

I've been using it once with a friend, don't know if it was a Personal (free) or a Business (paid) plan but it had some nice features to organise a project and roadmap and tasks and have chat with the team. I can only hope it was the free plan we used, it was great.

Sorry - programmer. My bad.

Once these teething issues are out of the way we can get cracking.
