With a lot of debugging help from BobbyJones (who has a similar Android device that has the same problem), I believe I've probably worked around the driver bug.
If you're up for building LÖVE for Android yourself, you could follow the instructions here: https://bitbucket.org/MartinFelis/love- ... id_-_Linux
But replace love-android-sdl2/jni/love with a newer copy with the fix from https://bitbucket.org/rude/love/get/tip.tar.gz

If you compile a new .apk post a link to it. So I can download and test it as well.
Do you frequently have great ideas but immediately lose them? Check out the MVP for my website called IdeaVault. It is designed to solve that problem. Desktop browsers only currently.
