Love2d 0.10.0 not starting

The application terminates with the error:

SDL error: could not initialize OpenGL / GLES library

OS is windows xp.

What graphics card do you have? Are its video drivers up-to-date?

LÖVE 0.10.0 requires an OpenGL 2 or OpenGL ES 2 capable system in order to run.

If your computer is really old and can't get anymore updates then Linux might bring it up to acceptable levels for LÖVE 0.10.0 When I switched to Linux it gave me support for canvases and when 0.10.0 came out it gave me support for shaders.
