Love game no longer works on iPhone

I have my game propped to the iPhone. The game will work for awhile, but when I try to launch the game a few days later, I get a white screen and the game crashes (no callstack). If I delete the app from the phone, and reinstall it, the game works again for awhile. This problem has been witnessed on multiple iPhone devices.

Afaik if you don't have a dev account you can only use self-made apps for a few days and then you will have to reinstall them
