Android window scaling problem

I think this has been posted a few times recently. The love file works fine on Windows and window resizing and scaling is done automagially with TLFRES.

I run the love file in an android emulator (bluestacks) on MS Windows and I get this:
The majority of the game is down the bottom but the window is only showing the top left. I read somewhere that android has a fixed width and I'm assuming TLFRES is, for some reason, not working with this fixed screen res.
What to do?
