It sounds like "Lé" in french, but with out "L"..

I solved that early FPS problem by updating video card driver.

my problem in here, cause because i have newest ( beta , 0.8 ) love version. i downgrade love to 7.2 and it work great, and fast now.

Every times Windows give " cant responde" error.
