Re: Love for zombies
Same slowndowns with sound turning off and never returning. You could use options to turn off sound and/or music/sfx. That way I could easily test if the slowdown are really sound originated. Bad sound sample? Until it turned unplayable from what I saw new changes were good.

Re: Dungeon Generator
Interesting results generated in this version. Getting from most of the times beautiful mirror dungeons to more asymmetrical dungeons skipping "rooms" in betweens. I think results are less "artificial" now, you going in right way I think.

Re: Dungeon Generator
Very very interesting work. I specially liked your project because of the feature of the chasms. Since I played Brogue I have a wish of add in my future rpg/rogue a kind of sub-layer bellow ground floor for display chasms, deep waters and other similar stuff. Very good work for first version. About ...

Re: 0 Hour
I think your "0 Hour" experience coding was enjoyable in my "0 Minute" gameplay. The shoot physics are very nice and this have some touch and look of be an indie arty shooter. Only two complaints or lack of features that make me feel this demo as an incomplete game: 1 - No off-sc...

Re: Problem with map (tiles)
As Slime I usually prefer his approach because it's easier to deal later with arrays in that way. As default I usually like to add in map draw routine variables (offset_x and offset_y) to give at anytime the choice to re-position the map anywhere in screen if needed (for viewports simulation, shake ...

Re: So anybody bought voxatron :D?
oh... I didn't notice this one before. The video is awesome. Will this became a kind of next indie cult like Minecraft? Main char reminds me the one of hyped Fez game.

Re: Love for zombies
Coffee what resolution are you using? I'm at 1024x1280 so I guess I made it for it xD Well, I use the default native1920x1200 but that is pretty normal for the a 24'' screen on mac. But size don't really matters if contrast is right. I usually play that kind of small pixie indie games without eye p...

Re: Love for zombies
Difficulty is a very personal thing. Sure, but I like I said is only my single but honest opinion. I also like you think that add reality is awesome but reality I'm afraid could also be a "very personal thing". I wouldn't want for real face fighting zombies but for sure I feel that at lea...

Re: Love for zombies
Hi Ellohir, Very promising game, nice title screen, like the death red circle. Pretty much about advises or bugs already was been said. Just want to add that I tried v1.03 in OSX and I had the feeling that something is not right after playing the first game. Without reason following games have some ...
