Re: LovePackaging - Build executables and distribute them

Version 0.2: - Mac packages are named properly instead of just being called love - Spaces allowed in paths / versions / package names - config.txt replaced with config.sh (more appropriate) - ZIP files created without extra attributes (and hopefully without Mac crap, untested) - better error handlin...

Re: LovePackaging - Build executables and distribute them

I believe the script you have there can be altered slightly to work for a windows os, it was just a quick glance. You know what, PowerShell. I keep forgetting it exists and I might be able to modify for that instead of resorting to a batch script. Thanks for making me think to look into that. First...

Re: Square Invaders

I want it to be easy for people who download just click and play, but thanks for the feedback. :) Are you not gonna build it for the others just cause there isn't an easy install for Linux? Also I know you could make a script that would automatically install Love2d if it isn't and installs your gam...

Re: Ragequit: The Game.

Your x86 version crashes right away so I'm thinking you packaged it wrong. "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)." The other one works. I have a suggestion, use love.mouse.setGrabbed() to grab the mouse so the player doesn't accidentally click out of the window a lot....

Re: Square Invaders

That being said if someone on other platforms than Windows, and got nothing better to do could make me some other distributions it would be much appreciated. :) Game Distribution is not that hard. The only part where it gets complicated at all is for Linux, but on Linux you can expect people to be ...

Yes. Good luck and don't give up!

(I'm relatively new too, and working with this engine as well (albeit the other one which is a rewrite).)

Re: Deep Down: My 2014 summer project

Some instructions on how to play would be nice. I figured out E to open inventory and WASD to move, but otherwise I am stumped.

Re: Typing Simulator 2014[REPOST]

Love the trailer for this, though I am a bit disappointed it doesn't scroll when you type, or have support for newlines. :( Hey everyone, founder of TS14 here. We will have a Mac version up in 1-2 months. The reason why, is because I was waiting for the new 5k iMacs, and I had no other Mac device at...
