Re: "A Whiff of Steam" story contest - time to VOTE!
Actually if you prefer partymetroid's also vote and leave a reply why - because that's still useful information why you liked one more than other. That way we can integrate some of ideas of runner-ups and be sure to not leave out something you like from winners idea in progress. Of course it will be...

Re: Post your desktop! :o)
Installed Arch on my laptop yesterday. looks good and good choice :) -- edit: ahh, why not - that's mine... Arch Linux (Arch64) - what you see here is OpenBox and LXPanel - and the most important part of my desktop, tilda terminal (you don't see it but it's ready to pop out from top on any super+ti...

Re: "A Whiff of Steam" story contest - time to VOTE!
Ok, the poll was on for some time already - so I will leave my vote too. I vote for Avathars story, liked the idea of third power (engineers) and how it was introduced. I think we close the poll next week, say - 5'th December?

Re: "A Whiff of Steam" story contest
I just looked trough proposals and liked all. I don't see one that doesn't follow the rules, so I guess we don't need to gather on meeting after all. I PM'ed all devs with my feelings about it and proposed what I think we should do now.Robin wrote:@giniu: Which channel? What time? PM the devs if necessary.

Re: "A Whiff of Steam" story contest
Anyway, will the developer meeting be on IRC or Google Wave? And at what time? If it is on a weekday, daytime in Europe, I (not to mention many others) probably won't be able to make it. About place I think that we go IRC, Google abandoned wave, so I think it's time for us to do so too - even that ...

Re: "A Whiff of Steam" story contest
I'd like to remind, that next Monday is last day we accept your story submissions (to 23:59:59 GMT)! If you have it nearly done, don't miss the date - if you just started, remember to submit all you have, even when it's not finished. If it's superb, but unpolished idea it still has chance to win! (t...

Re: I can't find libmpg...
There is, but not for fedora, only Ubuntu. well, the "only" part isn't that right, right? I know there is Arch Linux package and you can do "yaourt -S love", "yaourt -S love-05" or "yaourt -S love-hg" to get latest 0.6, 0.5 or tip from hg, with all dependenci...

Re: Official "A Whiff of Steam", the LövelyRPG project topic
BTW there is a way of browse the xlm docs in the project GIT? You can of course read it in any xml editor - you can use Serna or XmlMind editor. Though, everytime something changes, we automatically generate new pdf docs (using DBLaTeX) and publish it on github. Recently ui on github changed a bit ...
