well on this i used
os.execute( pathtofirefox .. url )
I tried on mac using
os.execute( open -a safari .. url )
and it didn't work.

Strange, i was testing it with my friends before and that address worked fine.

on ubuntu i just type in firefox url

Ahh looks like you've downloaded an older version.
I've added the newer link to the top post. I did post the link just a couple of posts before you though.

Made an update available in first post.

I've added a server database system so when you launch the program you'll be added to a database so other
people can join quickly.

Also added Forward slash commands such as '/output' to output the chat to a file and '/name' to change name.
There's more in the readme.
