pöytä 0.5 (alpha1)

Post by Tenoch »

Hey everyone!

I proudly present pöytä, my ongoing summer project, which uses LÖVE and stand-alone Lua. I decided to release an early version to show my progress to friends, and also because it's so cool to use 0.* version numbers.

It's an app to play networked board games. You'll find all you need at https://launchpad.net/poyta, including the downloads.

Pöytä means table in Finnish, and does indeed require the umlauts ;)
All feedback welcome!

Enjoy!

Heh, great minds think alike :monocle:

I haven't started coding the cards part though. How far advanced is your project?

Well you can program your own solitare games quite easily. I've done a version of klondike which is about 60 lines I think. I'm gonna twiddle with it and see if I can get it smaller :ultrahappy:
