solved :

Turns out the original newRectangleShape was correct, the issue was the way you handled the camera >

just use a search for "archangel-edit" in this updated player.lua for the fixed section and an explanation :awesome:
(found out the issue by drawing a circle around the ships position using body position not shape position)

Amazing man, thanks a lot. ^^ The thing is that I've been experimenting this project for quite some time, I need to clean the code before continuing.
