Before I throw this on the bug tracker I want to see if anyone else can replicate it my system has always been finicky with audio.
Windows 7 64-bit
Using the top-right 'X' or using task manager to kill Love will cause the audio to fail to function on subsequent openings.
Oddly enough, right clicking the application in the task bar and clicking "close window" will allow the audio to function correctly on subsequent launches.
