Box2D assertion failed

I'm making spikes in my platformer game, but when the player touches them, this error comes up:

Code: Select all

 Box2D assertion failed: m_world->IsLocked() == false 
What does it mean and how do I fix it?
Note: red blocks are spikes.

EDIT: Fixed it.
