Distribution - Change Icon of exe-File

Hi!
I know that there is a way to create a .exe file of your lövely game with the command

copy /b love.exe+game.love game.exe

But is there also a way to change the icon of the exe I created with this command?

(I don't want a shortcut with another icon )

Well i did use the search feature... but i wondered if i can embed the icon with a windows command.(e.g. the copy command)
I haven't found an answer for this!
