I noted that love.run index a table stored in love.handlers with the event name and then calls the function it returns. What's exactly that table? Is love.keypressed just a shorthand for love.handlers.keypressed?. Thanks.

love.handlers is a table of functions that conditionally call the associated callbacks. For example love.handlers.keypressed calls love.keypressed if it exists.
