Stränge Löve

Post by Gnx »

...reaching for his sword he prepared to valiantly face his foes once again on the plains of Fantastrya.
Guided by the noises of the battle he marched towards the edge of the forest that had been his home for these last days.
Saying goodbye to his trusted squirrel companion, he parted ways with the edge of the forest and then quickly reached the top of the hill where he...

"Wait! I demand to know..."

And so he was. No longer a knight in shining armor, Just a pair of rectangles, in a strange world of silent monolithic..pink squares. And annoying music.
He could also sense that numerous bugs and incompetent programming were after him in this new world.
Seeing that there would be no easy way out he figured out arrow keys moved him about in this strange place and "z" made him jump up for the skies.
On the far right, which seemed the edge of sanity to him, appeared a black door standing in the air.

For some reason etched in his black rectangle mind were the words "f is for reset, if your dumb ass falls into nothingness, and yeah its my first löve game, so it kinda sucks, sorry".

Yeap, thats the "win" for now :D
I like the expression "blue screen of win", so maybe I'll have that as the starting point of the next episode (which you'll now know not to play).

Btw. is there some actually good setup for being able to move immovable objects? eg. have platforms that the player can't move, but which could be moved by the physics. I have some delayed switching of object mass, it doesn't seem like the right way of doing it.

Haha, the two comments weren't related. Like saying, "This book is bad. It reminds me of Harry Potter." This doesn't imply that Harry Potter is bad. :P

I love Towlrs.
