That or Bartbes isnt' 18 but 20. But probably he already entered in one
Maybe years ago they closed a bit their eyes and was some more freedom on that but I heard that coffeshops are a bit on "regress" and it seems that now not even alcohol is selled there. Well perhaps conservatives are back there since I read also somewhere that dutch are also trying to reduce red district.
