If it's easy to export from Mediawiki, then why not.

I did a quick search today and I found this mediawiki extension that does it:

http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:DumpHTML

In adition to that, there are two (windows-only) programs are apparently able to download mediawiki xml dump files (do we have those?) and transform them into html locally.
